  • Managing a Remote Workforce

    Please consider enrolling or encouraging your employees to enroll in a virtual development series focused on enhancing remote work. This series provides ideas, tools, and strategies for managing a remote workforce and building a productive remote work culture. It only takes one staff member working remotely to have a remote workplace.

    This development series consists of five virtual sessions, which focus on communication, aligning priorities, and remote-work life balance and efficiency. HR is offering the series for two 30-person cohorts.
