  • Munching for Months: Ending Quarantine Habits

As we approach the one year “anniversary” of the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s a good time to look back on those old habits that you may have acquired up during 2020’s quarantine that seem to still be making their way into your lifestyle. With so many of our lives turned upside down, it was easy for our eating habits, self-care and mental health habits to suffer. While many joke about gaining the “COVID 19,” now is a perfect time to kick those pesky snacking habits to the curb!

March’s WELCOA Health Bulletin highlights healthy eating while working remotely, while on the run, and even ways to incorporate activity into your hectic work from home lifestyle.
