    It’s National Nutrition Month and what a perfect time to learn how to buy healthy foods for you and your family. Understanding the Nutrition Facts panel on your foods can help you make food choices that contribute to lifelong healthy eating habits. From servings sizes to calories to added sugar; label changes have made it easier to make nutritious choices.
