Annual performance evaluation training for supervisors of employees covered by the UCPEA bargaining unit will be offered on two dates: March 11, 2021 from 1:00-2:00 PM and March 16, 2021 from 10:00-11:00 AM. Training will be conducted remotely through Teams – no in person training will be held.
The training is a joint labor-management effort that outlines the current performance evaluation process. If you are new to this process, we encourage you to attend this session. Supervisors who have attended this training in the past are welcome to review the PowerPoint on the HR website.
