    When was the last time you gave yourself SPACE? Healthy Sleep, Being Present, Staying Active, Being Creative and Healthy Eating are all habits that can excel personal growth and development in the right direction. A new year is here, which can be a perfect time to incorporate new healthy habits or build upon existing ones. Never underestimate the power that you have to make changes in your life.

    For the month of January, Human Resources is focusing on Building Healthy Habits as part of the January Well-Being Programs. We’ve created a collaborative teams site on Microsoft Teams, for employees to interact and discuss how we can incorporate these habits into our lives. The teams site will feature articles, tips and discussion starters on how we all can give ourselves space.
