    Join Human Resources & the UConn Rec Center for a 15-minute Desk (At Home or In Office) Exercise Session.

    The 15 minute stretching workshop focus on improving posture, relieving tension, and increasing flexibility. The moves during the workshop involves stretching and strengthening your body, all within the comfort of your office chair. These exercises can be completed at home, or in the office.

    Presented by the UConn Rec Center in collaboration with Human Resources as part of the December Well-Being Programs.
