Join Human Resources & the UConn Rec Center for a 15-minute Desk (At Home or In Office) Exercise Session.
These 15 minute stretching workshops focus on improving posture, relieving tension, and increasing flexibility. The moves during the workshops involve stretching and strengthening your body, all within the comfort of your office chair. These exercises can be completed at home, or in the office.
Presented by the UConn Rec Center in collaboration with Human Resources as part of the December Well-Being Programs.
