    AS A STATE OF CONNECTICUT EMPLOYEE, YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR LONG-TERM CARE INSURANCE.

    Simplified Issue Underwriting is available to Employees between the ages of 18 and 65 who are actively working at least 17.5 hours per week, only during this limited open enrollment period. Take advantage of this streamlined approval process (answer only 9 health questions) while available.

    This benefit is available to active employees working 17.5 hours or more per week, Retirees, Spouses*, parents, parents-in-law, grandparents and adult children age 18 or older.  Policies are certified by the Connecticut Partnership for Long-Term Care and provide asset protection under the Connecticut Partnership Plan and offer a new, more affordable, Partnership-qualifying benefit increase option – 3% compound. This option guarantees that benefits will grow annually by 3% on a compounding basis. Premiums may be paid through the convenience of payroll deduction, at no additional cost to you.
