You can earn an incentive (currently up to $750) for receiving certain necessary medical procedures at a Network of Distinction provider or facility.
The Network of Distinction features a select group of doctors, hospitals and facilities that have demonstrated an ability to perform certain procedures (from consultation to completion) with the highest quality results. By using a Network of Distinction provider or location, you can earn a cash incentive. It's a win-win! Visit Health Navigator to get started.
Cash incentives are currently available for many common procedures. Visit the Care Compass website for a list of procedures and incentives.
Over 180 provider groups have already qualified and joined the Network of Distinction, including:
- Community Medical Group
- Connecticut GI
- Griffin Hospital
- Prospect Medical Eastern CT Health Network
- Prospect Medical Waterbury Health
- UConn Health-John Dempsey Hospital

Get Started
To be eligible for a cash incentive, you must first contact Health Navigator. Here are three easy ways to get started.
- Use the lookup tool to find a Network of Distinction near you.
- Call a Health Navigator: (866) 611-8005
- Use Health Navigator's online messenger. (Click on "message an advocate," fill in contact information and select "Find a doctor or hospital" to get help with your search.)
A Health Navigator will confirm your eligibility, assist you in finding the nearest Network of Distinction and even help you book your appointment!
