The Graduate Faculty Council recently approved a change to its by-laws that allows for use of electronic signatures for approval of master’s theses and dissertations. A new online system has been developed that will allow each committee member to signify their approval electronically through a secure platform. This means that paper copies of approval pages with “wet” signatures will no longer be required.
