Leadership & Organizational Development is excited to introduce Let's Talk Leadership, a new open enrollment workshop program! We offer interactive, hour-long, weekly workshops to aid in student’s leadership development.

Navigating your leadership journey can sometimes be difficult as a minority, especially when we are held to labels, standards , or expectations that are beyond our control. Come share your experiences with us as we talk about identity, overcoming stereotypes, and strategies/ action items to navigate your experience. This discussion is open to anyone who feels that their identity as a minority has impacted or influenced their leadership journey, however, there will be an emphasis on cultural identity.
