  • 11/18 Noether Dialogues in Italian & Modern History

    Please join the UConn History Department for the second, and final fall semester meeting, of the Noether Dialogues in Italian & Modern History.

    The latest meeting, to be held on Zoom, is titled, “Is the Jew the Paragon of the Victim? From History to Non-Memory." It will occur on Wednesday, November 18 from 12:15-1:30 PM EST (US Eastern Time). 

    The keynote speaker will be Manuela Consonni (Hebrew Univ. in Jerusalem). Guest speakers include Alon Confino (University of Massachusetts) and Simon Levis Sullam (University of Venice). UConn History Professor Sergio Luzzatto will moderate the discussion. All are welcome!
