Join the UConn Medical Humanitarian Society for a discussion on social determinants of health on November 10 @ 6pm! We will discuss how various economic and social conditions contribute to health disparities between groups. There will be a brief presentation, followed by a Q&A panel with fellows at UConn's Migrant Farm Worker Clinic, which provides healthcare to one of the most economically disadvantaged and medically vulnerable populations in the U.S.
