IDPs and career exploration tools provide a framework for conversations about goals, clarifying expectations, sharing advice, and can increase efficiency and productivity toward project and career goals.
In this session, we will tour through a few IDP and Career Exploration Tools of value to doctoral students, especially as they explore career diversity and seek faculty guidance and support as they navigate desired educational and professional goals.
Tools reviewed: MyIDP, ImaginePhD, and InterSECT Job Simulations
