Human Resources and Benefits

  • 10/15 Transamerica Long-Term Care Info Session

October through December is open enrollment for the state of CT Transamerica Long-Term Care Insurance Plan.  Learn how securing LTC coverage can help ensure you can pay for the quality care you need in the event of age-related care needs, a debilitating accident, or a disabling health condition.

Simplified Issue Underwriting is available during this limited open enrollment period to employees 65 and younger working 17.5 hours per week or more.  Unexpected health changes have been brought front of mind like never before.  Long-Term Care insurance is a vital part of financial planning as it is designed to protect your retirement income and your family’s lifestyle.  LTCi pays for the expenses associated with needing care for an extended period of time at home or even a stay in a long-term care facility.  As a State of Connecticut Employee, you and your family members can benefit from unisex pricing and discounted premiums, and even secure dollar-for-dollar asset protection with a Connecticut Partnership certified policy.

    Time: 10:00 am – 10:35 am

Please register for this session.  A meeting invite with a link to the virtual session will be emailed to you.
