In keeping with the University’s guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Fall Frontiers 2020 has moved online. The Fall Frontiers Online Exhibition will consist of a compilation of student project materials along with live presentation sessions with small groups of undergraduate student presenters.
Undergraduate students are invited to submit posters and short presentation videos via Portfolium for inclusion in the exhibition. Students should review the Submit Your Project, Resources for Students, and FAQ for Students sections of the Fall Frontiers 2020 website for details on preparing a poster and video presentation, completing the Fall Frontiers project submission form, and sharing project materials via Portfolium. Materials must be submitted by October 12, 2020 to be included in the exhibition program, which will be made available on October 26, 2020. Live presentation sessions with small groups of undergraduate presenters will be scheduled for the week of October 26-30, 2020. Participation in a live session is optional.
Students have been instructed to complete one submission form per PROJECT. Students working on collaborative projects should prepare the project materials (poster and short video) as a group and designate a point person to share the materials on Portfolium and complete the submission form on behalf of the group. Note that materials should be shared via Portfolium before completing the Fall Frontiers submission form.
Resource materials and access to the submission form is available at Fall Frontiers 2020. Students in all majors across all campuses are encouraged to submit their research/creative projects for inclusion in this exhibition celebrating undergraduate inquiry at UConn.
