The annual 5K Run/Walk for Nancy's Kids is held in memory of Dr. Nancy Law, a pediatrician who worked at Connecticut Children's Medical Center who dedicated much of her time to caring for medically complex children, understanding that these families carried significant financial burden. Before her death, she started a special fund to help support these families and others with limited financial resources. This 5K is held every year in her honor, all proceeds of which go to her fund to continue helping these children and their families.
In the spirit of 2020, things look a little different with the run this year - it will be held virtually and registrants can complete their run between September 5th and September 13th. If you are interested in running or have any additional questions please don't hesitate to reach out!
