ITS is upgrading the Pulse Secure VPN Desktop Client software on Thursday, July 30, at 7:00 am.
After it is complete, any new connections using the desktop client will be prompted to upgrade their local client software. These prompts will appear at every login until the desktop client has been upgraded. The new client software can also be downloaded manually at https://software.uconn.edu, and is available now.
This will only affect Windows and Mac users who use the Desktop Client to connect. It will not affect Linux, IOS, Android, or Web-Portal users. Additional information regarding the Pulse Secure VPN is available on the IT Knowledge Base.
