As the end of the year approaches, many employees are asking how and when they will receive their 2013 W-2 forms. Unfortunately, W-2 forms for State of Connecticut employees are not available electronically. As in past years, hard-copy W-2 forms will be issued to employees, via work departments, during the month of January. Additional information regarding W-2 distribution will be communicated in the coming weeks.
Your 2013 year-end tax information is reflected on your 12/27/13 paystub. If you do not do so regularly, please take a moment to log in to ePay to access this important information. Instructions for first-time ePay users are available on the ePay page, on the Payroll website, at http://payroll.uconn.edu/PY/ePay/ePay.html.
It is recommended that you print your final paystub of the year for your records. It is also advisable to review your current tax statuses to determine if changes are necessary. Both the federal and state (CT) W-4 forms are available on the Payroll website at http://payroll.uconn.edu/PY/forms/forms.html.
