Dog Pound Challenge | September 14-15
The annual UConn Volleyball Dog Pound Challenge picks up Friday, September 14th with the Huskies playing two matches at 12pm against Holy Cross and again at 7pm versus Rutgers. The evening match will be the main event of the tournament with the first 100 fans receiving a t-shirt and will feature dog adoptions hosted by Wings of Freedom Animal Rescue outside Gampel Pavilion. Sigma Alpha has once again partnered with UConn Volleyball to be on-site accepting donations to benefit Mansfield area animal shelters. Fans are encouraged to bring dog related items for donation. All matches are FREE and will be held in Gampel Pavilion.
