We need your help! The Cognition, Action, and Psychophysiology (C.A.P.) Lab in the Psychology Department at University of Connecticut-Waterbury Campus actively seeks potential participants from birth to 2 years of age for research on cognitive development.
Have you ever wondered, “What is my baby learning when he/she watches others?” Our most current work examines social learning and imitation. We call this our Husky See, Husky Do study.
Directed by Dr. Kimberly Cuevas, the C.A.P. Lab gathers information on both the behavioral and psychophysiological (i.e., brain and heart activity) development of cognitive processes, with a focus on learning, memory, and thinking.
How do I find out more about C.A.P Lab research?
We would love the chance to talk with you! To find out more about C.A.P. Lab research, call/email us and/or check out our website (http://psychology.uconn.edu/labs/kidCAPlab). You can also join our list of interested parents to contact when there is an opportunity for you and your child to participate. At that time, we will contact you and tell you all the study details. Agreeing to correspond with us and/or joining our contact list does not obligate you to participate.
We can be reached at (203) 236-9933 (kidCAPlab@uconn.edu) and/or by contacting Dr. Cuevas directly (Kimberly.Cuevas@uconn.edu). We look forward to talking with you!
