  • UCPEA One Time Performance Awards

    Pursuant to Article 32.3 of the UCPEA Collective Bargaining Agreement, effective July 1, 2018 the University will be awarding one-time performance awards to members of UCPEA who qualify and in acknowledgement of the following accomplishments: 1) Extraordinary job-related achievement, and/or 2) Completion of a specific and important Departmental or University goal or project.

    Awards are subject to the approval of the applicable Division Head (President, Provost, or Executive Vice President for Administration & Chief Financial Officer.)  The University will distribute all awards in amounts between $1000 and $5,000 per employee.

    Accordingly, supervisors of employees who are members of UCPEA will submit their recommendations to their respective Unit Heads not later than April 27, 2018. Supervisors should receive detailed instructions and appropriate forms for this purpose from their Unit Heads by Friday, April 13, 2018.

    Unit Heads will review and vet supervisor recommendations and submit their recommendations to Division Heads not later than May 15, 2018.  Human Resources will notify all award recipients and their supervisors by July 2018.
