Students as Co-creators of Learning Environments

Reflective instructors understand that learners construct knowledge socially through experience, rather than receiving content passively from an instructor. Students and their perspectives can be integrated throughout curriculum design, teaching implementation and assessment in various ways. We will look specifically at one partnership model (students as andragogy advocates). The focus is teaching practice in the disciplines where instructors and students as co-learners are maximizing the benefits for their professional development.
