University Policy Information

  • Economic & Community Development Impact

The University of Connecticut is undertaking an ambitious plan to earn the prestigious Association of Public and Land Grant Universities’ Innovation & Economic Prosperity (IEP) designation. Nearly 70 institutions have earned this distinguished recognition by working with internal (faculty, staff, leadership, and students) and external (businesses, local and state, federal government, non-profits and others) stakeholders .This self-study is part of the next UConn Strategic Plan and is one of the three elements of the plan. The IEP designation program will help UCONN better know, measure, tell, and enhance its economic and community development impact on the state.

An important part of our self-study is getting feedback from you via a short confidential on-line survey. We hope that you will take 10 minutes to complete this survey and provide us with your feedback. Below is the link to the survey. If you have any questions or want additional information, please feel free to contact Barbara Fernandez at barbara.fernandez@uconn.edu, David Noble at david.noble@uconn.edu or Kathy Rocha at Kathy.rocha@uconn.edu.
