The Dependent Care Assistance Program, DCAP, is a flexible spending account (FSA) which offers significant tax advantages in helping you pay for qualified dependent care expenses.
Progressive Benefit Solutions (PBS) is the State’s third party administrator for DCAP, and can be reached at 866-906-8023.
All participants, including current DCAP participants, must either enroll/re-enroll online or submit a completed enrollment form for the 2021 Plan Year to PBS by 10/31/2020: DCAP Enrollment Form
Those planning to retire during 2021 will be permitted to enroll online, but will also need to submit a paper enrollment form for the 2021 Plan Year.
