AI is becoming a big part of how employers recruit and how students apply for jobs, from resume screening to interview tools.
The Center for Career Readiness and Life Skills is partnering with a national recruiting research firm to better understand how students view artificial intelligence (AI) in the job search process. We’re inviting UConn students to take part in this short, anonymous survey titled “Artificial Intelligence in Recruiting: Students Speak Out.”
Students’ input will help us improve how we design career resources and advising to reflect their real experiences with AI in the job search.
