The Concert Band To Perform
The University of Connecticut Concert Band will perform at the von der Mehden Recital Hall on Tuesday, April 23rd at 7:30 pm. The Concert Band is made up of students throughout the university campus who play wind and percussion instruments, representing a wide range of academic majors. Under the direction of Marvin McNeil, the band will perform a variety of music, ranging from contemporary to ensemble literature. Be sure not to miss out.
General admission is $10 and students and children are free. von der Mehden Recital Hall is located at 875 Coventry Road, on the UConn Storrs campus across from Mirror Lake.
