We’re excited to share that HR and Transformative Leadership Strategies (TLS) will be offering two Fall 2025 cohorts of the Leadership Forum (Foundational Leadership Skills)! This in-person professional development will be on the Storrs campus and will cover the following topics on leadership skills: Leadership 101; Core Values; Emotional Intelligence; Creating Balance; Communicate to Drive Action; Being a ‘Coach-like’ Leader; Give Constructive Feedback; and Build Team Trust.
We recommend this program for new and aspiring leaders.
Each cohort will consist of two 6-hour sessions. The total cost to participate is expected to be $287 (the total cost may vary depending on the total number of participants, but it will likely not exceed $360). There is a 26-person limit for each cohort.
October 2025 (All Sessions from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
