The Windham Community Food Network invites you to the 3rd Annual Know Your Farmer Fair on Saturday, February 24th, 2018 10am – 1pm at the Windham Town Hall Auditorium 979 Main Street, Willimantic CT. This free, public event, now in its third season, is an opportunity for residents, chefs, and merchants to meet local farmers and look ahead to the upcoming growing season. Residents can shop farmer’s market style as well as ask about local Community Supported Agriculture Programs (CSA), farm stands, and pick-your-own opportunities. Chefs, merchants and local schools can meet farmers and make contacts for sourcing products for the 2018 growing season.

fruit
meat – pork, beef, chicken, lamb
eggs
honey
maple syrup
milk, cheese
goat milk soap, alpaca and sheep
Demonstrations - fermentation, beekeeping, seed saving, mushroom growing
Seed swap - find seeds for your own garden this spring!
