Workplace Communication and Conflict Resolution Skill Development
The Interaction and Leadership Program (ILP) is for all employees. It focuses on improving interactions skills and building relationships with peers and customers to enable employee success at work. There is no cost to attend and all sessions will take place in the Student Union, Room 104, Storrs. Each employee must have supervisory approval and attend all three sessions:
- DiSC Workplace: Discovering Your Workstyle, Thursday, March 1, 8:30am-Noon
- Communicating with Impact, Thursday, March 8, 8:30-Noon
- Navigating Beyond Conflict, Thursday, March 29, 8:30-4:00pm
