  • Apply to be TEDxUConn Student Speaker

    Calling all UConn Students!

UConn’s 5th annual TEDx conference will be held April 8th 2018, and we want to invite you to begin thinking about what could become the topic of your TEDx talk. Every year our conferences are structured around a theme, and our theme this year is Zero to Hero.

The distinctive processes one goes through, from Zero to Hero, can encompass growth factors, such as mental, personal or physical development, and can induce change at the global, local or individual level.

The TEDxUConn organization is currently accepting applications from those who are interested in speaking in our 2018 conference. Please fill out the application below and remember that the power of TED talks are rooted in their accessibility and relatability, so consider how your idea appeals to a global audience!
