    Rita Bisola is an Associate professor of Organization Theory at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, Italy. Her research is on the crossroad of creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship and HR.  Her presentation will be on  recent research on the configurational approach for team design for enhancing creative performance and entrepreneurial education, given different team compositions. The findings she will present are based on research of the Italian fashion and design enterprises and teams working  on applying the design thinking approach. The second part of her presentation will discuss her experience and findings based on the design  of a post-graduate entrepreneurship education program to enhance entrepreneurship innovation based on  the rhizomatic learning approach.
