This is to notify employees that park in the parking lots located between Storrs Hall & Wood Hall, and the lot located between Storrs Hall and the Austin Building that commencement activities will temporarily impact parking Friday May 6, 2016 through Monday May 9, 2016
--the lower lot of Storrs Hall (near the Austin Building) will need to be closed from Friday afternoon on May 6, 2016 to accommodate a tent for the reception commencement. It needs to remain closed until the tent is picked up on Monday, May 9, 2016.
--the upper lot of Storrs Hall (near Wood Hall) needs to be closed Saturday, May 7, 2016.
