The Council on Foreign Relations will present the next event in its annual Academic Conference Call Series on Thursday, February 11 from 2-3 p.m. The title of this conference call is "Red Team: To Know Your Enemy and Yourself," and the discussion will be led by Micah Zenko, Senior Fellow, Council on Foreign Relations.
