  • 1/14 Customer Service Professional Development Program

    The Department of Human Resources is pleased to announce our winter program on Customer Service called "Platinum HUSKY Service"; a professional development program for faculty and staff on providing outstanding customer service to our students, parents, community and colleagues.  This program is comprised of three sessions and participants are expected to attend all three sessions.

    Each session will be held on Thursdays from 9am-Noon, Student Union, Room 104, Storrs campus:

    Session 1:  Exceeding Expectations, January 14th

    Session 2:  The Turnaround Experience, January 28th

    Session 3:  The Internal Customer, February 4th

    Please register by Tuesday, January 6.  By registering for the 1st session, you have committed to attend all 3.  Please remember to seek you supervisor's approval to attend.
