  • 12/1 Electronic IRB Submissions Using InfoEd Training

The Office of the Vice President for Research (OVPR) invites UConn-Storrs and regional campus faculty, staff, graduate students, and other researchers to a training session on the electronic Institutional Review Board (IRB) application forms and submission procedures using InfoEd.

Join OVPR Research Compliance Services in the Homer Babbidge Library Electronic Classroom 1 on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 from 10:00-11:30 AM to learn about the enhancements and changes to the way principal investigators are able to submit online IRB applications for research involving human participants. The hands-on, computer training session will provide an overview of the InfoEd portal and explore the Human Subjects Module in detail. The steps to locate, prepare, and submit an electronic IRB application will be demonstrated and practiced.

Space is limited to 18 participants per session. Please register now for the training at https://web2.uconn.edu/hrtraining/training/index.php?course=302 (NetID login required). Additional session dates and times are also available throughout the fall semester. See the registration website for a full listing of upcoming sessions.
