Health Education will be hosting several events for World AIDS Week to raise awareness and show support for those affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
Tuesday, December 1: Wear RED Day – Students are encouraged to wear red to show their support for the fight against HIV/AIDS.
Wednesday, December 2: Art4AIDS Gallery Opening & HIV/AIDS Vigil– All are welcome to come to the Student Union Art Gallery to view artwork by students and staff, see student performances, and enjoy refreshments at 7pm at the Art4AIDS exhibition opening. Please stay for a candle light vigil to support those living with HIV/AIDS and to remember those we have lost.
Friday, December 4: Condom-a-thon- Stop by Late Night and learn a valuable safer sex skill from the UConn Sexperts while participating in a great cause and earn an ice cream!
