The UConn Symphony Orchestra presents “Glorious Trumpet”. Works by Verdi, Mozart, Dvorak, Mendelssohn, Vivaldi, and Sibelius will be performed. The evening’s concert will be conducted by Harvey Felder, Associate Professor and Director of Orchestral Studies will be conducting and features Dr. Louis Hanzlik, Associate Professor of Trumpet. General Admission is $10 with students and children free. von der Mehden Recital Hall is located at 875 Coventry Road, Storrs. There is plenty of free well-lit parking across the street.
