To All Hyperion Users,
I am writing to give you advance notice of upcoming maintenance on the Hyperion reporting system.
The system is in need of maintenance that will require it to be offline and unavailable for a portion of the day on Saturday, October 17th. The maintenance will begin at 6:30 pm on Friday, October 16th, when the system normally comes down each day for backups and database reload. We anticipate that the system will be back up and available for use by 12:00 pm (noon) on Saturday, if all goes as expected. The Hyperion broadcast server jobs normally scheduled for Saturday morning will be held until later in the day when the system is back up and ready to handle the load.
Please make a note of this projected service outage. I can be reached at 860-486-1352 to answer any questions or concerns either before or after the outage.
