  • Flu Vaccination Clinics - State of Connecticut

     

    In preparation for this year’s flu season, the State of Connecticut has contracted with Western Connecticut Home Care to administer on-site flu vaccination clinics for state employees. 

                 

    State employees must bring their medical ID card to the clinic for insurance billing.  State employees who have other coverage and are not enrolled in the State of Connecticut employee health plan are eligible to get a flu shot at the on-site clinic by presenting their medical insurance card.  Western Connecticut Home Care is authorized to bill the member’s coverage directly.
