    Tuesday, October 6th, 2015 at 6 pm in the Student Union Theatre

    As part of its "Fifty Years On" series of plays, in collaboration with heritage month events nationwide, the award-winning, Los Angeles based theatre ensemble Will & Company presents the play "Too Many Fronts."

    Too Many Fronts examines social justice issues that have historically involved the Asian American community and explores how those social justice issues affect all of our lives today.

    The 65 minute, 3 actor, multimedia presentation includes:
    That was then, this is now - review of Asian American history; Carlos Bulosan and the Filipino Farmworkers of California; Patsy Mink and Title IX; Immigration Laws and Wong Kim Ark; Media Representation of Asians and Anna May Won; The 442nd, the concentration camps, and the refusal to award Medals of Honor by the government.

    The presentation will be followed by a Q and A with the actors.
