Human Resources is pleased to announce the Fall, 2015 program on UConn Customer Service called "Platinum HUSKY Service"; a professional development program for faculty and staff on providing outstanding customer service to our students, parents, community and one another. This program is three sessions (must attend all three and have supervisory approval).
Each session will be held on Fridays from 9am-Noon, Student Union, Room 104, Storrs Campus:

The Turnaround Experience, October 23rd
The Internal Customer, October 30th
Registration deadline is October 2, 2015. By registering for the 1st session, you have committed to attend all 3.
