  • EAP Privacy Questions Answered

Responses to an anonymous survey distributed during Open Enrollment in June documented a concern familiar to Employee Assistance Program staff nationwide.  Many UConn faculty, staff and graduate assistants feel less than comfortable trusting the confidentiality claims of the University's EAP.

If you have not already done so, please take 3 minutes to view a brief video explaining in detail how the UConn EAP protects your privacy and confidentiality from the point of initial contact:

This video, and another one introducing the key features of the Program, are also available on our website:

The UConn Employee Assistance Program provides confidential, free, professional consultation and brief counseling for faculty, staff, GA’s and family members to help identify and resolve any concerns affecting you, your family or your job.
