Support your local bookstore … and honor retiring manager Suzy Staubach
Friends of Suzy Staubach who is retiring from her post as General Books Division Manager of the UConn Co-op this summer, invite you to observe her retirement in a special way.
When asked what kind of gift might commemorate her 34 years at UConn she characteristically said, ‘no gift’.
Upon reflection she suggested that the greatest gift one could give to an independent bookstore aficionado/manager would be to buy a book!
Thus, an opportunity for everyone to come to the UConn Co-op Bookstore in Storrs Center on the weekend of June 27 and 28 just to buy a book (or books!) and because of your presence you will salute both Suzy and independent book sellers everywhere.
