  • Three New & Delicious Pasta Bowls at USM

    Pompeii Oven station in the Union Street Market Food Court is now offering three new pasta bowls:

    The Tuscan: our house Marsala, tossed with penne, fresh chopped basil, oregano and parsley, caramelized onions and Romano Chicken, accented with balsamic glaze and parmesan cheese.

    Broccoli Alfredo: Penne tossed with creamy Alfredo and steamed broccoli florets.

    Roasted Vegetable Primavera: Balsamic glazed zucchini, yellow squash and portabella mushrooms, roasted and tossed with spinach, penne, olive oil, crushed red pepper flakes, fresh chopped basil, oregano, and parsley and parmesan cheese. 

    Stop by this week and try them all!
