The Connecticut Institute for Clinical and Translational Science (CICATS) at the University of Connecticut, in partnership with the Connecticut Legislative Black & Puerto Rican Caucus and the W. Montague Cobb/NMA Health Institute, will host the National Health Disparities Elimination Summit at UConn Health Farmington campus on June 13, 2015.
