The Science Facilities Space Needs Study has been underway since January 2015. This study is focused on the near term, and long term, facilities needs for the STEM programs across campus. The intent of the study is to program renovations for existing facilities (including the Gant Science Complex) and develop program statements that will guide the design of new research and teaching facilities. A Town Hall has been scheduled for Friday, May 1st from 12:30 to 1:30 pm where the scope of this study will be presented along with a progress report on what has been accomplished since January. The consultants conducting the study will discuss their work to date, what will be accomplished over the summer, and what to expect in the Fall semester when findings and recommendations will be discussed. There will also be time for questions as part of the Town Hall.
