We would like to make you aware of notifications that may be sent in the near future via text messages and email notifications which reference a refund program for unauthorized charges.
An agreement has been reached to refund unauthorized charges from other companies that may have been placed on AT&T Mobility’s telephone bills during the period January 1, 2009 through October 8, 2014. As part of this agreement, AT&T is required to send the following text notification to telephone numbers of individual users who incurred third party charges.
If any third party charges have been applied to the University of Connecticut AT&T invoice, we will apply those refunds to our end user accounts.
