    Platinum HUSKY Service (UConn Customer Service)

    Organization and Staff Development (OSD) in Human Resources is pleased to announce our  "Platinum HUSKY Service" program for early summer 2015. The program consists of three half day sessions (you must attend all three and have supervisory approval). Each session will be from 9am-Noon on the Greater Hartford campus, Library Building, Room 403. The 3 modules are "Exceeding Expectations", "The Turnaround Experience" and "The Internal Customer".   By registering for Module 1, you have committed to all three sessions.

    June 5, Module 2:  The Turnaround Experience

    June 12, Module 3:  The Internal Customer
