UConn Connects is a 120 hour internship. Facilitators attend a weekly lecture for 2 hours, as well as a 1.5 hour Master Coaching session (similar to a discussion class), during which they learn theories and practical application useful for both the program and future life endeavors. Each facilitator is assigned and meets individually with 6 participants (primarily on academic probation) every week to help them develop skills for academic success.
